So, in honor of these new goals, my meals for this week will be a mix of raw pancakes (found from this lovely little blog), vanilla tofu pudding, and vegetable tofu fajitas.
We'll see how this goes!
Maybe I'll add some yoga into the mix.
Off to see a movie (at the dollar theater too! I'm getting good at this!)
